To offer our guests the best visual, intellectual and tasting experiences we kindly require our guests to comply with some basic rules that allow all visitors to best appreciate and enjoy our unique winery.
Children: we are happy to welcome your children inside the Antinori nel Chianti Classico winery. Please note that the winery is above all the primary workplace and production facility. Therefore you are kindly requested to hold your children by the hand during your visit. Children who are under the age of 18 are not allowed to participate in wine tasting events. In order to respect other guests who visit the winery together with you, we would appreciate that your children keep their voices down so all guests can benefit from the guide’s knowledge and expertise. Children should be closely supervised and accompanied by an adult and cannot be left alone in any part of the winery.
Business hours: We kindly ask you to strictly follow the timetable that is indicated on your reservation voucher. The tours start at the set time and are guided by our staff. We ask that you check-in at the reservations desk 15 minutes prior to your tour’s departure time. Groups may include other guests as well as yourselves; this period of time is necessary so our staff can verify all reservation vouchers. If you arrive late, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee your participation.
Dogs: We ask that you do not bring your pets inside the winery. The winery is a workplace and production facility and unfortunately animals are not permitted.
We would also like to remind you that smoking is not allowed in any part of the winery.
